Okay, so I don’t usually write reviews like this, but this cacao superfood blend from KUYU has seriously earned it.
I bought it kind of on a whim because I’ve been looking for something healthier to replace my afternoon chocolate fix. First time I tried it, I just mixed it with water and honestly—it was way better than I expected. Smooth, chocolatey, not too sweet, and no weird aftertaste. Then I tried it with milk (almond milk, to be exact) and wow… total upgrade. Creamy and rich and just really satisfying.
But then I got creative and started mixing a spoonful into plain Greek yogurt as a little dessert and now I’m borderline obsessed. It’s like this guilt-free chocolate mousse situation. I actually look forward to it every day. It tastes that good.
Now I’m wondering if this might be the perfect chocolate substitute for my brother’s kids. They LOVE chocolate, but he’s always trying to find healthier options that don’t have a ton of sugar or junk ingredients. This could totally be it—delicious, natural, and packed with good stuff like maca, lucuma, cinnamon… all the superfood buzzwords that I don’t fully understand but feel great about eating.
Long story short: if you’re trying to cut back on sugar or you want a healthier chocolate-y option that doesn’t taste like cardboard, this KUYU cacao blend is it. I’m really glad I gave it a shot. Already planning to order another bag.
